Representing Michigan sellers and buyers since 1994, Beth Ryan recognizes
the many unique benefits of the Great Lakes state—from its unmatched beauty to
its amazing people. Coupled with her negotiating background as a buyer and
import manager, Beth’s enthusiastic, can-do attitude is ideal for skillfully
guiding clients to their real estate goals. Beth routinely works with
fix-and-flip and rental investors, divorced individuals, seniors, as well as
estates, but her honest nature connects with any client. Beth has had an
exceptional career selling real estate, regularly climbing into the top ten in
sales volume sold in her office, achieving Diamond status! Beth decided to
transfer those skills to Port Huron, MI, in 2017 to be closer to Lake Huron. An
active and connected community member, Beth volunteers for local charities and
the Port Huron Yacht Club, though in her spare time, she enjoys traveling,
working out, and floating in the Blue Water Area’s beautiful, summer waters
with her husband, George Sevcik and her sweet cat, Minnie.
